我在用pycharm时想直接使用anaconda的base环境，因为base环境中有七百多个包，不用自己再在anaconda里配置新的环境然后再添加需要的包，这样比较方便。
中文互联网搜了一圈都没搜到真正有用的教程，大部分都是复制黏贴。然后使用英文一搜就找到了解决方法。
这里选择add interpreter
然后选择system interpreter，添加anaconda的python.exe文件
然后新建工程，发现解释器已经是anaconda的base环境了。
